Justin D. Rochester

Meet Justin D. Rochester – seasoned legal professional, educator, and co-founder of The Paralegal TownHall.
With over 9 years of experience, and over 7,000 court appearances, Justin has gained a deep understanding of courtroom advocacy and judicial reasoning. As a Set Date Court Agent, he’s worked closely with Justices of the Peace and Judges, while also training lawyers, mentoring students, and shaping future professionals.
Currently a professor at Centennial College, George Brown College, and Durham College, Justin teaches courses in Summary Offences, Provincial Offences, ADR, Practice Management, and Legal Communication & Writing. He shares his expertise in everything from filing motions to navigating legislative frameworks.
Dedicated both in the courtroom and the classroom, Justin is passionate about advancing the legal profession and supporting the next generation of advocates.
